At BEAZMART, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process, ship, and handle deliveries across the U.S. and internationally.

Free Shipping Policy:

At Beazmart, we want to make your shopping experience simple, affordable, and hassle-free. That’s why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $70 within the contiguous United States.

How It Works:

• Orders $70 or more (before tax and discounts) qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

• Orders under $70 will be charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Returns & Free Shipping:

Please note:

• If an item is returned and your original order falls below the $70 free shipping threshold, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Example: If you spent $80, qualified for free shipping, and return a $20 item, your order value drops to $60. In this case, the cost of shipping will be subtracted from your return credit.

Our Responsibility:

• If the shipping issue is due to a Beazmart error (wrong item, damaged goods, shipping mistake, etc.), we’ll gladly cover the cost of shipping and ensure the right solution is provided.

Order Processing:

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales), order processing may take slightly longer.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

We offer shipping within the United States and select international destinations. All rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

• Domestic Shipping (USA)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Shipping:

• We currently ship to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
• Customs duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
• You can also log in to your Beazmart account to check your order status at any time.

Delays or Lost Packages:

• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please double-check your shipping address, mailbox, and nearby delivery spots.
• If it’s still missing, email us at support@beazmart.com within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

• Beazmart is not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses:

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. However, some expedited options may not be available for these locations.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Certain items may be restricted from shipping to specific states or countries due to carrier limitations or local regulations.
