We want you to love every product you order from BEAZMART. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below to understand your options and next steps.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

Items must be in resellable condition with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products

Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Start a Return:
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Email support@beazmart.com with your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, email you a return shipping label (if applicable).

Package your item securely and drop it off using the provided return label or your own shipping method.
We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is confirmed.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective item.
- If your return is rejected due to condition or ineligibility, the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item or size, please return the original and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@beazmart.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging

A short description of the issue
We’ll resolve the issue quickly by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank or credit card account.
- Contact your payment provider—it may take additional time to process.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@beazmart.com.
Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from your refund if we provide the label.
