Yes! While Beazmart is designed with professionals in mind, homeowners are welcome to shop our wide selection of products.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

offer expedited and overnight shipping options at checkout for faster delivery.

Do you offer local pickup or same-day delivery?

At this time, Beazmart ships orders directly to your address. We’re exploring local pickup and same-day delivery options for the future.

Can I return a product if it doesn’t work for me?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are unused and in original packaging. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

How do I track my order?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us at support@beazmart.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund.

Currently, Beazmart ships within the United States only. We are exploring international shipping for the future.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-7 business days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

What is BEAZMART’s return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, as long as items are unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

How do I start a return?

Are there items that can’t be returned?

Yes. For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
